    I have mild scoliosis. I want to straight my spine. Every day morning i do cobra pose, cat cow pose, rabbit pose glute bridge and mountain pose. Please ask me eak effective yogo for straight spine. And i can't do stand in one leg. I have disc bulge and also have disc thinning and hyperextension of knee. Please help me
